PSM (Professional Science Master's) Economic Geology, 1st year

About

I started my research career in Experimental Petrology studying nucleation of bubbles in rhyolite melts. I have since switched gears and am searching for my niche in economic geology. I hope to expand and contribute towards the overall knowledge of economic geology and help meet the growing demand for mineral resources.

Education

Project Description

Supervisor: Dr. Mark Barton

I am interested in working on a project focusing on mineral exploration. With my background in experimental petrology, maybe I could explore magmatic processes that influence ore deposit formation, particularly in systems related to volcanism, like porphyry copper or epithermal deposits.
